My quilt Out of the box, in the 2011 gallery, was displayed at DPF anual meeting i Odense. It is now at a Trunkshow in Ontario Canada, ending at Ailsa Craig Quiltfestival in May 2012

My first quilt was this beautiful bed quilt that has been lying on our bed since I finished it in 1998. It's hand pieced on paper and is not quilted. It's only tied with a wooden pearl in the middle of each star. It took about 8 years to finish the quilt. That's why I took the chance to learn everything about machine piecing while I was residing in the USA from 2005-09.

My life is too short for hand piecing.

I prefer to machine quilt my own quilts. I like free motion quilting my Bernina, and I have a Little Gracie II quilting frame, where I can quilt my bigger quilts.
